Job Title: Power Platform Lead Consultant

Job Summary:

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Lead Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale customer engagements, providing Dynamics 365 CE expertise, and guiding a team of consultants to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Solution Delivery: Play a lead role in solution delivery, leading a team of functional and technical consultants to ensure smooth delivery and a unified approach.
  • Participate in Solution Implementation: Participate in every aspect of the solution implementation, from leading workshops and analyzing customer requirements to configuring D365 CE applications and environment/release management.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the customer organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, and gain a full understanding of current business processes.
  • Provide In-Depth Knowledge: Provide in-depth knowledge of D365 CE applications and evaluate the customer's business processes against standard D365 CE functionality.
  • Project Management: Provide project management for smaller D365 CE implementations, including budget, resource, and milestone reporting, supported by Crimson's PMO function.
  • Document Business Requirements: Responsible for documenting business requirements that express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and estimations, supporting Crimson Sales and Consultancy teams as required.
  • Facilitate Decision-Making: Facilitate the customer's decision-making process and develop the functional design document that will drive the development process.
  • Conduct Acceptance Testing: Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully adopt and maintain the D365 CE solution.
  • Industry Experience: Have industry experience and understand challenges and risks when implementing vertically aligned applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Design and Configuration: Design, create, and configure Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions implementing Crimson's 'low code, no code' approach.
  • Dynamics 365 CE Product Experience: Dynamics 365 CE/CRM product experience on sales, marketing, and service, including add-ons such as Click Dimensions/MailChimp/Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
  • Complex Field Types: Understand and implement complex field types, such as rollup, calculated, and customer fields.
  • Dynamics 365 CE Security Model: Understand the Dynamics 365 CE security model and which components of the system can be restricted by security.
  • JavaScript: Ability to write and interpret JavaScript within the context of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Complimentary Office 365/Power Platform Technologies: Ability to extend solutions using complimentary Office 365/Power Platform technologies, such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
