Job Summary

Crimson is seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Dynamics 365 CE practice, you will be responsible for leading large customer engagements from estimation to handover, working closely with other practices and third-party organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution delivery, managing a team of functional and technical consultants to ensure smooth delivery and a unified approach.
  • Participate in all aspects of solution implementation, from leading workshops and analyzing customer requirements to configuring D365 CE applications and environment/release management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements, aligned to business objectives, and gain a full understanding of current business processes.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of D365 CE applications and evaluate customer business processes against standard D365 CE functionality.
  • Lead project management for smaller D365 CE implementations, including budget, resource, and milestone reporting, supported by Crimson's PMO function.
  • Document business requirements, expressing what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including demonstrations and estimations, to support Crimson Sales and Consultancy teams.
  • Facilitate customer decision-making processes and develop functional design documents for development.
  • Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully adopt and maintain the D365 CE solution.

Technical Skills

  • Design, create, and configure Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions using Crimson's 'low code, no code' approach.
  • Dynamics 365 CE/CRM product experience in sales, marketing, and service management, including add-ons like Click Dimensions/MailChimp/Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.
  • Implement complex field types, understand the Dynamics 365 CE security model, and write/interpret JavaScript within the context of D365 CE.
  • Extend solutions using Office 365/Power Platform technologies like Power Automate, creating and maintaining complex flows with different trigger events, filtering, and multiple actions.
