Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their experience at Thorpe Park is memorable and enjoyable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to Guest Feedback: Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
- Recovery and Resolution: Ensure that all recovery offered is within the Recovery Matrix and proportionate to the feedback received.
- IT Equipment and Systems: Be confident in the use of IT equipment and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of Thorpe Park, including our brand platform, target audience, products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Merlin Entertainments Group: Have a broad knowledge of the Merlin Entertainments Group.
- Additional Duties: Undertake additional duties during key periods of the season, including Summer and Fright Nights.
- Working Environment: Ensure that working areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day and any necessary cleaning is complete when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Communication Skills: Confidence in communicating and understanding the English Language.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Efficient and effective in completing tasks both alone and in a team situation.
- Learning and Development: Ability to learn systems and new processes.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience desired but not necessary.
