The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our Public Sector team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key accounts within the public sector, driving revenue growth, and expanding Adobe's market presence in this strategic segment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets within assigned accounts.
- Build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and Digital Leaders, to understand their business needs and advocate for Adobe solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Solution Consultants, Enterprise Architects, and Marketing specialists, to deliver comprehensive and tailored customer experiences.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments, present compelling value propositions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Leverage your industry expertise and understanding of public sector regulations and frameworks to effectively position Adobe's solutions.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales strategies.
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions within the public sector.
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solution selling expertise and a consultative approach to customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
