We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welsh Speaking Health and Social Care Assessor to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a leading employee-owned company, we offer a fantastic benefits package and a superb working environment.
About the RoleAs a Welsh Speaking Health and Social Care Assessor, you will have the opportunity to deliver training and assessment to learners within care environments. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a quality learning journey, supporting learners to achieve qualifications and overcome learning barriers.
Key Responsibilities:- Training Delivery: Deliver training programmes to learners, ensuring the highest standards and a quality learning experience.
- Learner Support: Provide support and advice to learners to overcome learning barriers and achieve their qualifications.
- ILP and Learning Route Development: Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and map out learning routes for individuals to ensure a tailored learning experience.
- Course Material Development: Develop course material to support a quality learning experience and journey.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to speak Welsh fluently.
- Industry Experience: Experience of delivery and occupational experience within Health & Social Care.
- Qualifications: CAVA Qualification or equivalent, Assessor experience, ESW Communication Level 2, and ESW Application of Number Level 2.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
- Competitive Salary: Salary between £23,900 - £28,000 depending on qualification and experience.
