About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health and Social Care Professional to join our team as an Assessor and Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective training plans to meet the needs of our learners.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure learners meet the required standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners to help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials.
Requirements
  • Relevant training experience and teaching qualifications (e.g., A1 Assessor award).
  • Experience in an apprenticeship setting.
  • Proven occupational experience and technical competence in Health and Social Care delivery.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company).
  • Welsh speaking is essential.
