About the Role

The Deputy Manager will play a key role in driving sales and service excellence in our stores. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a large team to deliver a world-class shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum
  • A performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000 per year
  • A two-weekly shift pattern with only two weekends per month
  • Contracted hours of 38.5 per week
