About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Lingfield Park Resort. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including setting up tables, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and products, including allergen awareness and health and safety procedures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all areas of the restaurant and bar are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist with cellar duties, line cleaning, and putting away of deliveries as required.
  • Ensure that all line cleaning is carried out in accordance with health and safety policy.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment, reporting any concerns to your manager in a timely manner.
  • Be vigilant to the Challenge 21 policy and record any findings in accordance with company guidelines.
