Job Title: Executive Team Leader

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Team Leader to join our team at Lawes Consulting Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our executive teams and supporting the delivery of key performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage a team of executives on a day-to-day basis, ensuring effective service level delivery and maintaining adequate resources.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team renewal, new business, and task progress daily to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the commercial segment.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within commercial accounts.
  • Client Needs: Identify and address client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to commercial clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop the team to achieve KPI targets, working with senior managers to implement change for business benefits.
  • Reporting: Present monthly results to the team and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Support: Provide broking solutions and support to handlers when required.
  • Relationship Management: Communicate and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coaching: Coach team members to improve customer service.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Minimum of Certificate in Insurance status within two years of joining.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience in the insurance/broking sector.

Skills and Experience:

  • Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Financial Services market and regulatory framework.
  • Broking Skills: Broking skills and a detailed knowledge of insurance policies.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge and use of insurer products and solutions.
  • Sales and Service: Sales and service process knowledge, particularly sales through service.
  • Industry Developments: Up-to-date with insurance industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Account Management: Proficient in account management systems and Microsoft Office.
