- Broking Support: Provide broking solutions and support to handlers when required.
- Relationship Management: Communicate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective account management.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Minimum of Certificate in Insurance status within two years of joining, with a minimum of 12 months experience in the insurance/broking sector.
- Skills and Experience: Strong communicator with the ability to manage internal and external relationships, strong influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and analytical skills, highly organised, target-driven, and motivated, adaptable, focused, and professional, confident telephone manner and a team player, effective at managing expectations, and recognises the importance of self-development.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Financial Services Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Financial Services market and regulatory framework.
- Broking Skills: Broking skills and a detailed knowledge of insurance policies.
- Customer Service: Ability to maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Knowledge and use of insurer products and solutions.
- Sales and Service Process Knowledge: Sales and service process knowledge, particularly sales through service.
- Industry Developments: Up-to-date with insurance industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Account Management Systems: Proficient in account management systems and Microsoft Office.
