We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Bar Team Leader at Lakeside Coastal Village. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a Bar Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and results. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to drive business forward and provide a perfect customer journey for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and results
  • Work closely with Food and Beverage Managers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and customer experience
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to create an environment where the team can grow and develop
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
