Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bar Team Leader to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a Bar Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers to develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the bar area.
  • Manage inventory, stock, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of bar staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
