Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Perfect Integration Ltd. As a key member of our Service and Maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing on-call service, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance for a wide range of audio visual, lighting control, IT network, CCTV, access control, and integrated systems installed by our company in the luxury residential, MDU, and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical phone support to clients and conduct reactive on-site service visits to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Assist with small works associated with maintenance or upgrades to client projects, including working on new and existing projects within our company.
  • Support installation projects as needed, including working on new and existing projects within our company.

Requirements:

  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in control system programming and lighting control systems.
  • Working knowledge of IT networks and AV systems integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems.
