Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator to enhance our team.

The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to collaborate with various departments, overseeing and directing activities for designated projects, which typically include New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing Commercial Product Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive project knowledge and ensure execution aligns with established deliverables and timelines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries and communications, ensuring timely and appropriate information flow.
  • Lead and cultivate cross-functional project teams with representatives from relevant areas; facilitate internal and client project meetings.
  • Monitor project activity progress, ensuring critical development milestones agreed upon with clients are met, and that the program advances according to the established schedule.
  • Identify, report, and escalate unresolved challenges, potential obstacles to project advancement, and resource limitations to supervisors and/or key stakeholders, acting as the customer's advocate when necessary.
  • Discuss any modifications to the customer-quoted program of activities with internal team members and business development; communicate changes to the customer and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support Business Development in nurturing customer relationships and securing repeat business.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in a scientific or engineering discipline is preferred, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, or production sectors is essential.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Drug Development Process is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Project and/or timeline preparation and management.
  • Capable of articulating complex issues clearly and professionally.
  • Skilled in negotiating challenging issues thoughtfully and professionally.
