Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Project Management Specialist to support the development of a digital initiative aimed at enhancing community engagement. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding of community projects onto a digital platform designed to connect responsible businesses with local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the pilot phase of a digital platform that promotes community projects.
- Facilitate meetings with community partners and stakeholders to identify and onboard projects.
- Ensure accurate completion of online forms and verify submitted information.

2. **Financial Management:**
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for projects lacking a donation page (training will be provided).

3. **Community Engagement:**
- Present at meetings to encourage community partners' involvement in the platform.
- Maintain up-to-date project management records to track progress and identify potential risks.

4. **Outcome Delivery:**
- Achieve specific targets related to community organization engagement and project onboarding.

Desired Qualifications:
1. **Educational Background:**
- Relevant apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent work experience, preferably in project management.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development or learning.

2. **Skills and Attributes:**
