Position Overview: As the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager within the Global Centre of Excellence for Quality, Compliance & Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the readiness of our Global Supply Chain Operations as we transition towards high-volume electrification.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Definition: Establish and conduct thorough gap analyses, review and communicate compliance standards, and provide guidance to Global Operational teams across our Packaging, Warehousing, and Transport sectors during the transformation of our aftermarket supply chain.
  • Process Ownership: Lead the governance and implementation of logistics quality and compliance initiatives related to battery technology and electrification.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with regional analysts to ensure effective implementation across our global operations, focusing on delivering superior quality of supply to end customers in the aftermarket.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of physical deliveries to retail partners, importers, and intra-company shipments on a global scale, while regularly reviewing quality metrics and guiding regional experts in root cause analysis.
  • Standardization: Drive the standardization of practices across regions to foster continuous improvement and manage the administration of battery or EV product-related issues.
  • Central Coordination: Act as the primary contact within our matrix organization, collaborating with other Centres of Excellence and regional teams to identify and resolve regulatory or international trade operational challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in either battery/lithium-ion technology and regulations or substantial expertise in international logistics regulations and compliance within the automotive or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
