Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our Water Services Contracts business unit. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent and high standards of compliance across our diverse range of commercial business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Severn Trent Group Policies, Contract Obligations, Business Requirements, and legislation in all business areas.
- Develop and maintain a risk management system for a geographically diverse and growing business.
- Work with business units to produce a coordinated approach to company-wide policies and strategies.
- Ensure staff are trained and aware of relevant issues, including Competition Law, RAG5 requirements, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption legislation, Modern Slavery prevention, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining a risk management system for a geographically diverse and growing business.
- Detailed knowledge of asset operations and maintenance, commercial business principles, and ability to identify and deliver efficiency and risk management opportunities.
- Ability to challenge senior staff and undertake formal compliance audits.
