As we embark on an exciting growth journey, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this coordination role, you will ensure our training programs meet the highest standards, enabling over 100,000 learners across the UK to acquire skills that will enhance their careers.


We will provide comprehensive support and training on our systems and processes to ensure you thrive in our work environment and succeed in your role.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist, you will oversee quality assurance activities for our training providers.


Working with regulated qualifications and our integrated training and assessment technical awards, you will ensure that providers within our network adhere to our quality standards.

You will also coordinate the monitoring of Assessors to ensure compliance with our quality assurance strategy.


Your responsibilities will include organizing quality checks, coordinating validation activities, processing reports, supporting standardization sessions, and monitoring the performance of Assessors and External Quality Assessors (EQAs).

About You

To be considered for the Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist position, you will need:

  • A solid understanding of ISO processes related to quality assurance
  • An understanding of contractual processes and the ability to generate reports
  • The capability to convey numerical information effectively to various audiences
  • The ability to maintain quality systems processes and document audit trails
  • A proactive mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Team collaboration skills
  • A commitment to high standards of delivery
  • A full, valid driving license and access to a vehicle
