About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our EHS team in the development, maintenance, and improvement of our environmental, health, and safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the EHS team in conducting regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety training programs for all employees.
- Conduct root cause analyses of incidents and near-misses to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS regulations and industry best practices to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in EHS management, preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
