Asset Management Professional

Falmouth Fairfax Real Estate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Asset Management Surveyor to join their team in Chichester, Sussex. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire asset management process, ensuring the optimal performance of the company's commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage leases, including renewals, rent reviews, and expiries
- Market available space and negotiate new lettings
- Regularly inspect properties and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Manage service charge budgets and authorize works, including refurbishment programs
- Assist with investment purchases and developments as needed
- MRICS qualification and 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience with leases and lease negotiations is desirable
- A competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience
- An electric vehicle car allowance, medical insurance, and an annual bonus
