About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Truro. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Relevant Construction Project Management degree
  • Experience working as a Project Manager on the Consultancy/PQS side
  • Experience working on projects within Property/Building
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
