Construction Project Manager

A leading regional contractor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis for a new and exciting project. This company offers a diverse range of projects, including refurbishments, commercial new builds, renovations, and extensions within the Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Public Sector, with a project value of up to £2 million.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage construction workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and attend subcontractor and contractor/client meetings to ensure effective communication.
- Prepare and review programs, site reports, designs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain quality control checks to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Motivate and lead the workforce throughout the project to achieve project goals.
- Address day-to-day problems and issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Utilize specialist construction management computer applications to streamline project management.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations at all times.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work certification.
- CSCS Card.
- Competent IT user.
- Relevant driving licence.
