Job Title: German Speaking Technical Sales Manager

Location: Remote UK

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 plus Bonus plus car allowance

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking technical sales manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and value-added services to existing and new accounts in the German and East European regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the DACH region and Eastern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers to ensure successful product implementation and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (written and oral) to business level.
  • Proven sales experience in a technical or engineering background, with a strong track record of business development and sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex sales issues.
