Role Overview
As a Community Wellbeing Advisor, you will engage with individuals on a personal level, offering guidance and assistance through home visits and group interactions.
Your mission will be to help individuals reconnect with their surroundings and what matters most to them, while aiding them in understanding and managing their health and wellbeing, ultimately reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. You will also support individuals aged 50 and above in maintaining their independence at home for as long as they desire.
Essential Requirements
It is imperative that the Community Wellbeing Advisor possesses a valid driving license and has access to their own vehicle.

Candidate Profile
The ideal Community Wellbeing Advisor will reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office and demonstrate the capability to work independently and remotely. You should be well-informed about the local community, adept at making connections to facilitate progress, and possess a genuine passion for learning and engaging with individuals with diverse needs.
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
- Experience working with elderly populations
- A background in customer service
- Experience in an administrative capacity
- Proficient IT skills, including a solid understanding of mobile applications and the internet.
Furthermore, you should exhibit resilience and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment where each day presents new challenges.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check will be required for this position, which will be arranged upon your commencement.
