Exceptional Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to take on the role of Nursing Home Manager at one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home's daily operation, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided in accordance with company policy and registration with the CQC. This includes maintaining and improving the CQC rating for the home, facilitating ongoing training and development of the healthcare team, and driving key performance indicators such as occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance, and networking.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality elderly care, a thorough knowledge and understanding of the CQC Fundamental Standards, and strong commercial acumen. The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £75,000 per annum and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the home's daily operation, ensuring the highest possible standard of care is provided.
  • Maintain and improve the CQC rating for the home.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and development of the healthcare team.
  • Drive key performance indicators such as occupancy, staffing, recruitment, compliance, and networking.
