Senior Nursing Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and caregivers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
  • Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements:
  • Active NMC PIN and registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Unit Manager in a care home setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to residents.
