Paediatric Lead Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse, providing specialist care to a young service user with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and supervision to Healthcare Assistants, ensuring they have the skills to manage clinical interventions.
- Deliver clinical training and identify training needs.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and attend key meetings.
- Complete risk assessments and care plan reviews.
Requirements
- Current NMC PIN.
- Paediatric Registered Nurse qualification.
- Driver with access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work flexibly across Monday to Sunday.
- Experience with tracheostomy care.
Desirable Skills
- Ventilation management.
- Enteral feeding (gastrostomy).
- Bowel management.
- Intermittent catheterisation.
- Nebuliser care.
- Cough assist.
