We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Paediatrician to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Paediatrician, you will play a vital role in providing specialist paediatric services to children and young people in Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage children with developmental difficulties and disability, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Provide health assessments for children looked after, children being adopted, and children being assessed for an Education, Health and Care Plan.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide a comprehensive service to children and young people.
- Develop and implement service development plans to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Cumbria.
- MB or equivalent qualification.
- MRPCH or equivalent qualification.
- Full registration with the GMC.
- Experience of paediatrics and community paediatrics.
- Special interest in community child health.
