Job Title: Complaints Resolution Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Richmond and Wandsworth Councils. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex complaints from residents and service users, providing advice and support to colleagues, and contributing to the improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on complaint handling procedures and best practices
- Contribute to the improvement of our services by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, service users, and colleagues
- Monitor and report on complaint trends and statistics, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a complaint handling or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
