We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Channel Development Specialist to join our team at Hikvision UK & Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and market trends
* Develop and implement channel sales strategies to increase sales revenue and expand our market presence
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new channel partners, including distributors and resellers
* Manage stock levels, credit notes, payment terms, and rebate policies to ensure smooth channel operations
* Deliver product and commercial education and training to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders and collection of accounts receivable
Requirements
* Strong understanding of the regional market and sales channel dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and verbal
