About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meetings and Events Manager to join our team at the Kings Arms Hotel. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, meetings, and functions that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and functions, including corporate, weddings, and private events.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including chefs, bartenders, and housekeeping staff, to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology.
