Job Description

Asset Management Opportunity

Trevett Professional Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Asset Manager to join their team and assist with managing the Maintenance System and Assets across the site.

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the Asset register, ensuring it is up-to-date at all times. You will also be responsible for managing all documentation for servicing and repairs, following a filing system for future reference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the Asset register, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage all documentation for servicing and repairs, including filing and storage
  • Load Asset data onto the internal system, taking notes of service dates and manufacturers details
  • Upload information onto Maximo and carry out regular reporting on behalf of the Operations Manager
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities within the department

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Maximo is essential for this role
  • Higher Educational qualifications at A level or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an FM, Construction, or Projects environment
  • Excellent administration skills
  • The ability to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, internal and external

This is a full-time permanent role, 40 hours a week, with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum and excellent company benefits. A full driving license and the right to work in the UK are essential due to the site location and nature of this role.
