Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at Macdonald & Company. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our commercial properties, ensuring their optimal performance and maximizing their value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with commercial agents to monitor their performance and appraise new opportunities
  • Agree leasing Hot's and negotiate agreements for lease
  • Ensure the timely delivery of vacant possession on pre-development sites
  • Assist the land and planning team in appraising new site opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in asset management
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
