Key Responsibilities- Die-Cutting and Quality Control: Perform die-cutting operations to meet specific quality, volume, and yield standards for pharmaceutical cartons.
- Machine Maintenance and Setup: Supply, remove, and change tooling on all machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Press Operation and Optimization: Set and run a die cutting press, optimizing speed and quality to meet production demands.
- Team Support and Coverage: Cover for Operator absences and maintain quality standards, ensuring seamless production operations.
- Inventory Management and Logistics: Move and allocate work according to the production plan, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
