Nursery Deputy Manager Job Description

**Job Title:** Nursery Deputy Manager

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Ealing

**About Us:** SENCare Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to lead our nursery team in Ealing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare, a Level 3 qualification in childcare, and a strong understanding of Ofsted regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the nursery team in providing high-quality care and education to children
* Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Food Safety Regulations
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nutritional needs of children are met
* Maintain a positive and supportive team environment

**Requirements:**

* At least 2 years of experience in childcare
* Level 3 qualification in childcare
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
* Clear DBS
