We're looking for a talented Reservations and Events Assistant to join our vibrant team at Homewood. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through upselling and upgrading.

About the Role

  • As a Reservations and Events Assistant, you'll work closely with our events team to manage private and corporate event bookings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding guest expectations.
  • You'll be responsible for handling room, restaurant, and spa bookings, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • With a focus on revenue growth, you'll work closely with our General Managers and Senior Team to identify opportunities for upselling and upgrading, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • As a key point of contact for future bookings, you'll share your knowledge of our hotels, rooms, dining, and spa facilities, ensuring our guests feel informed and supported throughout their stay.
