About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Complex Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and practical support to individuals with complex mental health needs, including daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a person-centered approach.
  • Assist individuals in planning and achieving their goals, including short- and long-term objectives.
  • Contribute to team meetings and forums to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administer medication as required and act as an advocate when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early, late, and weekend shifts.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
