About the Role

We are seeking an experienced charity fundraising professional to lead our Community Fundraising team across the UK. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for local fundraising, working closely with our supporters and volunteers to deliver exceptional fundraising experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for local fundraising, aligned with our organisational goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of regional fundraisers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver their roles effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with our supporters and volunteers, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with our charity
  • Work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and implement effective fundraising campaigns and materials
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring we are meeting our fundraising targets and delivering value for money

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and regulations, with a commitment to delivering fundraising activities in a responsible and sustainable way
