  • Process new business and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Assist with pension transfer work and drawdown-related matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures
  • Support financial advisors with queries and data input
  • Conduct research and prepare client valuations, renewal letters, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of LOA policy questionnaires
  • Perform general office duties as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion

Systems and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to an intermediate level
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office or similar back-office systems
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Quilter, Aviva, Ascentric, and Aegon ARC
  • Desirable but not essential: working knowledge of IRESS

Personal Specification:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Confident, lateral thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and apply a logical approach to tasks
  • Industry qualifications preferred but not essential
