We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Accounts and Administration professional at PRIDE ASIA FOOD LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all outstanding supplier, customer, and third-party vendor obligations to ensure timely payments and compliance.
  2. Process, send, and store all bank deposits and invoices in a secure and organized manner.
  3. Prepare and submit tax documentation to the relevant authorities in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Remind clients to make timely payments and follow up on any discrepancies in documentation.
  5. Identify and address any discrepancies in all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Update all databases and spreadsheets related to accounting to ensure up-to-date information.
  7. Organize and maintain personnel records, including employee information and benefits.
  8. Update internal databases to reflect changes in employee status, such as sick or maternity leave.
  9. Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  10. Revise company policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  11. Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, to inform business decisions.
  13. Answer employee queries on HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information, such as leaves of absence and work schedules.
  15. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms in accordance with company policies.
  16. Participate in HR projects, such as helping to organize a job fair event, to support business objectives.

Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  2. Strong understanding of bookkeeping procedures and best practices.
  3. Impeccable time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Capability to stay organized and maintain detailed records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  5. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Comprehensive knowledge of tax filing procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Basic arithmetic competency to perform calculations and maintain accurate records.
