This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Assessment and Treatment/Recovery team based at Mill View Hospital, Hove.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of working with people with complex health conditions in mental health settings.
The successful applicant will be part of a supportive smaller multi-disciplinary cluster team within the Assessment & Treatment Service, catering for a set group of GP practices within Brighton and Hove.
A passion for working with people to support individual recovery goals and to work collaboratively with the service user themselves, their carers, colleagues within the third sector, GPs, and the wider mental health service within the Trust is essential.

- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Significant post qualifying experience in the relevant care group.

- Experience of providing a range of clinical interventions to people in the designated care group with a variety of health problems.
- Experience of conducting clinical assessments including risk assessments.
- Previous experience of working in the community.
