Job Title: Children's Mental Health Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Mental Health Manager to join our team at Community Child Guidance Clinic, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist trauma-informed supervision to groups of staff and therapists, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide monthly trauma-informed supervision group sessions to staff and therapists
  • Run clinical supervision groups for therapists
  • Attend therapy team meetings and management supervision
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our mental health services
Requirements:
  • High level of knowledge and experience of therapeutic models
  • Previous experience of working with children and families with mental health difficulties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
