Job Title: HR and Payroll Administrator

We are seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at AWD online. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll, with excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with high-volume outsourced payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the organisation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve HR and payroll processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience working with high-volume outsourced payroll
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
