The Role

The Client Relationship Manager position is crafted to provide administrative support for financial planning activities and the firm's clientele.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure financial planners are well-equipped for their appointments.
  • Assist with processing new business and managing forms, proposals, and paperwork.
  • Maintain and update client records in the back-office systems.
  • Stay informed about relevant financial planning developments.
  • Participate in regular company projects.

Essential Qualifications

  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative capacity.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong IT and software proficiency.
  • Discreet, diplomatic, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience in a financial planning environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

The annual salary will be determined based on your experience level, with an additional discretionary bonus. The role is office-based from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of one day working from home after the probation period.
