About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Kamro Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus and services.
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development, working closely with the Head Chef to create innovative and appealing options.
  • Manage kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation, flavor, and safety.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
