Quality Engineer CMM Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer CMM to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing measurement systems and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed records of Inspection Plans, ISIRS, and FAIRS.
  • Establish measurement policies to reduce scrap in the machine shop.
  • Participate in product design reviews to promote repeatability and reliability for production.
  • Conduct capability studies and gage R&R as directed.
  • Perform internal audits to AS9100 standard.
  • Carry out additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of metrology with a background in quality engineering.
  • Ability to understand and read engineering drawings.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality systems.
  • Ability to maintain detailed quality records.
  • Applied working knowledge and use of basic metrology tools, Imperial and Metric.
