Job Summary:

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service/Order Processing Coordinator to join their existing busy team on a contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor customer ordering levels, ensuring they are not under-stocked or over-stocked, while adhering to stock compliance.
  • Arrange out-of-schedule and same-day deliveries for urgent stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Extensive customer service experience in a face-to-face or phone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
