The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the Equipment Resource Coordinator position in our inventory department in Greenford, London.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing equipment scheduling for maximum utilization, collaborating with internal and external teams to meet rental demands worldwide, and identifying and resolving equipment shortages.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient equipment allocation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill equipment requests
  • Monitor and manage equipment inventory levels to prevent shortages
  • Collaborate with rental and sales teams to anticipate equipment needs
  • Manage daily export bookings, prioritizing cost-efficiency and timely delivery
