Job Title: MSK Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled MSK Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team of clinicians at Bupa UK Insurance. As an MSK Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment pathways for our members, working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our members in managing their musculoskeletal conditions, providing expert advice and guidance on treatment options and self-management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with our Specialist Patient Support team to identify and manage complex cases, ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including GPs, consultants, and other specialists, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring that our services are aligned with best practice and evidence-based standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions to enhance our services.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
  • Postgraduate study in MSK or Orthopaedics, with a strong understanding of pain management principles and practices.
  • Experience of working as a band 6/equivalent musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including members, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently, think analytically, and use a problem-solving approach to resolve complex issues.
