What We Offer:
Our Personal Injury Paralegal Graduate Scheme is designed as an exceptional entry point into the legal profession. As a Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to advance to a Training Contract within a timeframe of 6 to 18 months.

Key Features of the Program:
- Comprehensive 14-week training program tailored for your success as a Paralegal.
- Regular performance evaluations and weekly supervisory meetings to support your development.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with strong academic backgrounds in law (LLB, GDL, LLM, LPC or equivalent). Full-time commitment is essential, with no holidays scheduled during the initial training period.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- Salary: £24,750 per annum.
- Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday, with a 5 pm finish on Friday (39.5 hours per week).
- Hybrid Working: Flexible work-from-home arrangements after the probation period.
- Holidays: 23 days annually, increasing to 26 days plus an additional day off for your birthday after two years of service.

Interview Process:
The selection process consists of two stages: a one-way pre-recorded video interview and a subsequent face-to-face interview via MS Teams.
